I found it really easy to work with Miranda, and I enjoyed the program immensely. There are definitely recipes that I will continue to use in my daily repertoire, and I am now committed to drinking more water and exercising more regularly. The program showed me that I can eat healthy and prepare meals on a very busy schedule.
Miranda’s recipes are easy to follow and simple. This was a huge bonus for me. I have done challenges in the past where you had to spend a fortune on new ingredients in order to make the meals which were very time consuming. Miranda’s meals are easy to follow and very tasty. My daughters love the 3 ingredient pancakes. I loved all the ideas for healthy smoothies. Miranda was available for answering questions and always replied quickly. Months later I am still referencing and using many of the meal recipes and my family loves them. I would definitely recommend this program to family and friends.

I absolutely loved it!! Over the 6 weeks, I feel stronger, healthier and have set new goals for myself to staying hydrated, cutting out sugars and trying out new recipes. It was great working with Miranda. The weekly goals allowed me to focus on one goal at a time so that it wasn’t overwhelming. It allowed me to focus on one change at a time.

Miranda was able to cater an AFFORADABLE, realistic meal plan for myself and my picky 7 year old. Not only was it incredibly nutritious and delicious, it was with basic ingredients that are often at hand and that a 7 year old would actually eat! My little one and i have spent tonnes of quality time shopping, prepping and cooking healthy meals together. I went into this wanting to be healthier and to lose weight, but in return, I have set a healthy example for my child and created a wonderful love of healthy cooking.
